WHY we do what we do:

To help students know WHO they are (Made in God's image and likeness), WHAT they're called to do in this life (Universal Call to Holiness), and HOW to be successful (Discipleship/Evangelization)

HOW we do this is through:

• Creating safe & engaging environments where students can ask questions and get real answers

• Invite students to encounter the WORD through Prayer, Scripture, & Sacraments

• Connect students with like minded individuals (peers AND mentors) so they can be built up by the community

A WIN, through this lens would look like this:

• Students feel welcomed - even if they "don't believe" or if parents are forcing them

• Students WANT to come to Church

• Students get involved in Parish Life (music, altar servers, SVDP, food drive, KoC, etc)

• Students invite their friends to Church

• Students ask engaging questions

• Students have a full, conscious, and active participation in the prayer we do (learn the angelus)

• Students have life affirming conversations with one another and adult volunteers
